Welcome to A1 TEAM USA Holdings. We hope you find the information in this guide to be informative and useful.

We're America's team in A1GP World Cup of Motorsport. We think it is an exciting, innovative and unique form of racing that blends the passions for sport and country in the same way as the Olympics and soccer's World Cup.

When we acquired the rights to A1 TEAM USA Holdings in the summer of 2005, we saw the opportunity to compete in a global series with the distinction of being the only entry from the United States. We're racing this season against 21 teams who each represent one nation in A1GP. This concept, never previously attempted in motor racing, has the potential to bring patriotism, a passion for us all, to the race track in the same way the Olympics brings it to the swimming pool, boxing ring and the basketball court.

It may sound corny, but we really do take great pride in representing the USA. We christened our car "We the People" and placed those opening three words of The Constitution prominently on both sides of our rear wing. All over the world, people know those words embody who we are and what we stand for on an international stage.

We completed the package by commissioning world renowned Pop artist Steve Kaufman to design the American flag motif emblazoned across the chassis.

Our involvement, however, is also an enterprise in the spirit of American entrepreneurship. A1GP was a start-up operation and had never run a race when we signed up, but we liked its business plan and racing philosophy. We saw an opportunity to market products globally at a reasonable rate in an exciting and competitive environment.

In the 2007-08 season, we're racing three times in Europe, twice in China and once in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Malaysia;. In total, we're on five of the world's seven continents and in several of the world's largest cities. We expect to expand our reach in the coming seasons.

Our cars are high-tech, but our emphasis is on driver talent and teamwork. We race with a one-manufacturer formula of chassis (from Lola International), engine (from Zytek Engineering) and tires (from Cooper). Testing is limited to the preseason and A1GP impounds the chassis, engines and tires between events. It's still expensive--what racing isn't?--but we're able to contain the costs. We think it's the best of both worlds, offering intensely competitive racing and an effective platform for sponsors.

A1GP's structure also allows nation's without extensive racing heritages to participate. They include China, India, Pakistan, Lebanon, Malaysia and Switzerland. We're helping racing grow around the world.

We have great drivers, many of them the top young talent in their country, but there also have been established veterans of IRL IndyCar, Champ Car and Formula 1. A1 TEAM USA's Holdings drivers have included Bryan Herta, Phil Giebler, Jonathan Summerton, Buddy Rice, Ryan Hunter-Reay and Scott Speed.
